Cyberattacks cost company’s valuable time and money. If the attack affects your clients, members and employees’ personal information etc., your organisation might be subjected to the Privacy Law or Data Breach Notification Law in your country, not to mention your organisation’s reputational damage. As an organisation, there is only one choice – Be prepared!
Cyber8Lab has developed a two-hour table top discussion gameboard, simulating a common cyberattack and crisis management scenario for an organisation that wants to test their readiness when cyberattack occurs. The objectives of this exercise are to;
- Bring your incident response team together, led by heads of departments, to understand their roles and responsibilities in time of crisis;
- Understand the main components of incident response capabilities (React – Containment – Remediation); and
- Find and fix gaps (if any) in your incident response plan, in advance of an attack.
